Description
Encased in natural anodized aluminium, Teenage Engineering OP-1 field portable synthesizer has a low-profile frame with floating keyboard, updated field color palette, a high-resolution screen with flush glass cover, stereo throughout the whole signal chain, Bluetooth MIDI, 24-hour battery life, multiple tapes, styles and recording formats, a great-sounding reverb and the “dimension” synth engine. It sports a revamped speaker system with a passive driver for detailed, fat and loud sound. Teenage Engineering also added an FM antenna—now with receiving and transmitting.
All graphics have meticulously been reworked screen by screen. It also has new upgraded connectivity with USB-C, 4-pole audio jack for headset mic support, and line in and out sockets are more durable than the OP-1 field’s predecessor.
